I've worked in many different gyms and I now have my own, I've trained countless real women. Question 1: What if I've tried getting back into it before?

Most women I work with have. But I'm not your average coach, I see your potential and know with the right approach, right structure, and of course my help, you won't just get "back into it", you'll become consistent, strong and empowered! The difference is in the approach, mindset and saying YES, so lets do this!

Question 2: My schedule sometimes throws ruins my routine out of whack, will this still work for me?

I totally understand this, with being a coach I am constantly adjusting my schedule to suit someone else's BUT that is why I understand and know all the ways to work around a real schedule, not an ideal one. It does take commitment and being adaptable but I will go through how to make this fit into your life even when things feel like too much - the nuances are built in and support is always there!

Question 3: It's been a while since I've trained consistently, can I still do this?

Yes! Your body will remember more than you think. And this is the time when consistency starts to compound in ways it never did at 22. When your back into training, even for just a few weeks, you'll feel it, the energy, the strength, the feeling yourself again! So YES you can do this and you should do it!!
